Monitor ACS divisional performance in response to recommendation imposed on ACS by External Oversights. Track and monitor qualitative and quantitative data as per External Monitor\'s request to address improvement efforts.• Provides guidance, feedback and suggested revisions for quality improvement to ACS Division. Serves as liaison. Maintain a liaison between two or more Divisions/programs by obtaining/conveying information/ providing feedback, in order to facilitate cooperation/coordinate activities/ maintain current records. Ensuring information gathered is useful information/ feedback is conveyed/ obtained promptly.• Conduct informative and educational meetings cross divisional to discuss performance and findings.• Prepares periodic summary reports comparing performance productivity to stated goals and objectives. Utilization of a broad range of accountability tools including maintaining a tracking database, excel spreadsheets, monthly data reports, and other summary updates as needed• Identifies deficiencies of ACS Divisions and initiates corrective actions. Conducts ongoing monitoring of Divisions improvement efforts and corrective action plans• Assigns and trains ACS Divisional Leads on action plans to perform information gathering and analysis and to prepare reports and other documents• In the temporary absence of the supervisor, may perform the duties of the supervisor.• Complete documentation with all information being relevant and adheres to agency/legal guidelines. • Coordinates the work of two or more individuals/units/agencies, by providing direction/ facilitating good working relationships/ conveying information/ promoting cooperation, in order to enhance achievement of mutual/ interdependent of work objectives.• Prepares reports on request, by reviewing and reading materials from public release, media and issued to the Agency. Composing responses/reports using appropriate formats in order to provide accurate and clear requested information.
