She also earned a BSc in Economics from the University of Sussex, England. In her role as a Healthcare Privacy Analyst at Cape Fear Valley Health System, she safeguarded patient privacy by investigating HIPAA violations, enabling the organization to prevent future breaches and enhance compliance. She utilized her expertise in technology, law, and data privacy to conduct in-depth investigations and implement effective privacy measures. Additionally, she delivered comprehensive HIPAA training to over new employees and departmental teams, fostering a culture of privacy awareness and regulatory adherence across the health system. Adaeze is also called to the Nigerian Bar. As a lawyer, she practiced general practice litigation and has successfully litigated matters in commercial law, land law, election petitions, and human rights privacy infringement.
