ABOUT ADA ZHANG
In the 8th grade, we had an assignment to write a speech about the most interesting thing in the world. While my peers chose to talk about dinosaurs, the solar system, or magic, I spent my five minutes educating the class on advertising. Advertising! From then on, I knew the creative and strategic side of business was where I wanted to land - finding the intersection between artistic instincts and my analytical, detail-oriented mind. At global brand-design agency SLD, I applied this mindset to Fortune 500 brand strategies spanning diversity, rebranding, and growth initiatives. That curiosity eventually led me to Accenture, where my focus expanded from brand storytelling to enterprise-level strategy. I’ve since worked at the intersection of M&A integration, customer and employee experience, digital strategy, and commerce - helping senior leaders navigate complex decisions in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. Whether shaping Day 1 strategy for large financial services integrations, defining future-state digital roadmaps, or building complex finance processes and strategies, I’m most energized when turning ambiguity into solutions and momentum.Today, I’m often described as an “energizer bunny” - constantly learning and developing new curiosities. My current interests include behavioral economics, consumer behavior, and decision design, and how these disciplines can meaningfully influence strategy, experience, and growth. On a personal note, I’m deeply passionate about education, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and gender equality-Teaching and mentoring have always been core to who I am - something that traces back to my early days as a piano teacher and continues through my work today.I’m excited by what’s ahead for brands, technology, and organizations as they adapt in an increasingly complex and AI-enabled world, and even more excited to be part of shaping what comes next!
