Leading a multidisciplinary team of around 120 professionals, including project managers, property and compensation specialists, and experts in Development Consent Orders. Together, we shape the early stages of more than 30 major road infrastructure projects, ranging in value from £100m to over £1-2bn, across the country. Our focus is on developing robust strategic business cases that support government decision-making on which projects to take forward in future road investment strategies – making sure the right projects are set up for successful delivery. Our consenting experts help secure timely planning approvals, and our property and compensation team ensures the land needed to deliver the projects is in place when required.
