Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings. Guided multiple work streams simultaneously through the transition from Waterfall to Agile development. Lead and encourage teams to explore healthy agile development practices in line with the Agile Manifesto while also focusing on quality and technical excellence, predictability, automation, and continuous delivery.
