Annalise is a Payments and Mobility lead with Rebel. A strategy expert who helps organizations across the globe by translating public policy into business strategy and program design, resolving the tensions between policy constraints, strategic ambition and successful implementation. She focuses particularly on the intersection of sustainable mobility and payments, increasing access, affordability and equity. In her role as Chief of PRESTO at Metrolinx, she led Canada\'s largest public transit payments business, transforming it from a technology-focused project to a customer-oriented business serving 5 million transit riders daily and transacting over $2B annually (pre-covid). After three years at the helm and having successfully positioned PRESTO for sustainable growth, Annalise stepped down in early 2021 to broaden her impact.
