Responsible for arranging the debt form the bank/Financial Institution to finance the project. Responsible for finalization of annual Accounts. Preparation & Analysis of Monthly Profit & Loss Accounts, Comparative and MIS. Responsible for timely billing, ageing analysis and collection from the debtors. Client & Contractors billing, Receivable, Payable, invoicing, collection etc. Responsible for fund management & treasury operation. Supervise Liasoning work with Oil Marketing Companies, like HPCL. IOCL and BPCL for timely release of fundreconciliation of completed PO and release of BG and all the related work. Supervise day to day accounts of the Company. Supervise all the compliance related work Like GST return, TDS return, PF, ESIC, etc. Looking after the entire GST work, like matching purchase register with 2B and 3B, distribution of ISD, RCM,timely submission of GSTR return and all the related work.
