   In my role managing all marketing for Turner’s Memphis office, I lead the development and execution of comprehensive firm brand strategies and corporate image standards, while also managing client communication programs, marketing material production, and RFP responses. Working closely with the operations, business development, and preconstruction teams, I manage the annual marketing plan and oversee day-to-day marketing initiatives. I coordinate regional marketing resources to support these efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.Ensuring quality and employing strategic thinking, I am responsible for all aspects of proposal development, including the security and integrity of all proposal documentation, internal flow and review of proposal inputs, and production of the final proposal. I independently manage the proposal and presentation processes, creating custom copy and designing layouts, graphics, resumes, and schedules. After the proposal submission, I lead the presentation/interview preparation process, coaching the team on strategic messaging and body language, and creating supporting materials like slide decks and brochures.As the content library system (Responsive) super admin and subject-matter expert, I manage and maintain the standards of the system, onboard and guide additional business unit teams, and ensure the content is up-to-date and easily accessible for future proposals. As the co-lead of our national MarTech committee, I analyze our teams’ uses of various marketing technologies and facilitate pilot programs to evaluate the benefit of new enterprise-level agreements.
