I chair three dynamic and diverse groups of CEOs, Directors and business owners in Shropshire, Staffordshire and the Black Country to help them become better leaders, make better decisions, and achieve better results - and help maintain a good work/life balance. This is through a monthly problem-solving meeting with peers, expert speaker workshops, monthly individual coaching and providing access to a best practice resources. Vistage is a worldwide network of more than executives in 40 countries. CEOs and MDs who join Vistage grow their business at twice the rate of other businesses. Groups consist of a diverse set of leaders who are passionate about life-long learning and want to surround themselves with curious-minded individuals who relish the idea to share experiences and gain value from others.
