be the change HR, Inc. works with small to midsize businesses on areas like onboarding and offboarding and everything else that happens in between. If it involves employee issues, contact us, and we can handle it. Not only will you be working with the best, most passionate HR firm ever, but you’ll be helping to change the community around you. We provide services in these four categories: 1. HR Compliance and Strategy – Whether you need a form, reference, or have an employee or problem that’s driving you nuts, our firm enables you to do your job without losing sleep about HR. We work mostly on retainers and also offer support on stand-alone projects, like the comprehensive HR Program review. Technology – We’ll advise on and help you set up a variety of tools to benefit you/your employees, including PEO (Professional Employer Organization), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS (Information Systems), and background checks. Training – We offer Learning & Development classes in person and online (in Spanish if needed). Sexual Harassment and Abusive Treatment Prevention is our biggest offer. We also offer “Power Hours” training for supervisors/leaders.4. DEI - be the change HR’s (Assessment, Approach, Action) program provides a clear roadmap to inclusion using a step-by-step strategic approach. My personal focus is both as an HR PRO (for existing clients) and business development (for new clients). My clients range from a large bedding distributor to a small technology firm.As part of our social impact focus, we deliver job readiness classes and coaching delivered through nine nonprofits.
