Hello, I am a well-rounded, responsive Security Industry professional with over 30 years of experience who has seen the industry and technology change at a rapid pace. I started off as a Service Technician of commercial/industrial systems before moving into the commercial/industrial sales side of the industry, where I excelled in sales and territory management, allowing me to exceed quotas year over year. My peers have always considered me a solid and team-oriented technical-sales resource. My technical background, coupled with my communication, presentation, and customer service skills, along with my strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, thrived with my ability to work independently, making it possible for me to relate well with all levels of personnel, including the C-suite. This unique set of skills gives me the ability to resolve questions from all stakeholders arising from complex situations and system designs.I have been fortunate to be involved both directly and indirectly with high-profile accounts and Fortune 100 companies. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping customers (and our dealer/integrators) achieve their goals by using technology and my knowledge to help streamline daily tasks.
