About Andrew Crain

Innovative talent leader and STEM workforce development section manager at the Oak Ridge Institute for Science Education (ORISE). My work supports the career growth of public sector STEM workers across the U.S. and around the world. Prior experience includes executive search and talent acquisition leadership in higher education and student-facing career development roles at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. I hold a PhD from the Louise McBee Institute of Higher Education at the University of Georgia, with research foci on college access for rural students, STEM talent development, and experiential learning.
