   Designed and implemented a data analytics program supporting all Events programs (Flagship, Proprietary, Industry) to provide enablement (live office hours, async help channel), transparency (intake process and Jira board), accountability (cross-functional weekly sprint reviews), and build trust in current and future data analysis and reporting operations (bi-annual strategic planning). Forged new partnerships with Data Science and Data Engineering that improved existing data accuracy by 85 - 99%, simplified data pipeline code by 70%(resulting in 9x faster data processing time), and reduced data latency by 83%. Transitioned existing reporting from manual and slow to fast, automated, and self-service by stabilizing existing data engineering owned pipelines, leveraging Tableau Prep to automate non-data engineering owned processing, and developing dashboards with the end user\'s needs and data literacy level in-mind. Developed Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) monitoring dashboards for senior and executive leadership.
