I’m a CFO and operator who identifies the operational bottlenecks that limit scale — then builds the systems, teams, and cross-functional alignment that remove them. Recent wins include: • Leading a platform transformation so strong that a major competitor later attempted to replicate it after seeing how well it worked • Unlocking seven-figure annual cash flow through a redesigned payment operations engine (100:1 ROI) • Improving gross margins by 5–10 points through delivery model and capacity optimization • Scaling a recurring-revenue business 4× while building the financial and operational foundation required to reach profitability • Strengthening forecasting accuracy with GTM-linked models, pricing redesigns, and cohort/retention analytics I’ve led two successful exits (Blackstone portfolio company and a public acquirer), and partnered with PE-backed boards. Earlier foundations include Goldman Sachs M&A, Berkshire Partners, and a Wharton MBA. What sets me apart: I don’t just report numbers — I diagnose problems, architect cross-functional solutions, and drive measurable P&L impact. I partner deeply with Engineering on data and systems, with Marketing on attribution and ROI, and with Sales on funnel economics and payback period. I’m also an early adopter of AI-augmented finance workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, CRIT framework), using AI as a structured challenge function to accelerate research, pressure-test assumptions, and elevate strategic decision-making.
