I lead a small team that produces or supports all corporate communications channels and content for the company, including internal, executive, press releases, social media, and more. We partner closely with all departments, especially HR, IT, Marketing, ESG, and Safety, to ensure stories are leveraged across our channels and formats. I work directly with the CEO and other C-Suite executives, providing communications counsel as well as tactical support. Specific projects in this role have included launching an employee intranet and driving engagement; crafting language and strategy/tactics to roll out new mission, vision, and values (internally and externally); leading communications aspect of a business spin-off, an acquisition, and site closings; driving the redesign of our corporate website; and implementing new processes and tactics to support ongoing communications.
