Hands-on PLC, Panel View, Commissioning and Installation experience on Chrysler and Ford (Next Gen) standards • Involved in Controls design for Ford BIW integrated build launch program. • Controls Hardware and Software design for FCA BIW integrated WL/WS build launch program. • Coordinate suggestions from Maintenance, Production, and Engineering for improvements to equipment reliability, safety, cycle time, etc • Successfully developed customized ABB robot program for Ford (Power Train) on Framework (IFWC) standard • Developed electrical and controls system design solutions based on engineering principles • PC based engineering software to configure and setup automation programs • Testing, debugging, trouble-shooting and commissioning automation systems at end user facilities • Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases. • Analyze project requirements and perform technical calculations supporting design including electrical requirements, robotic safety standards, and motor controls. • Worked on research based project with ABB & Humanoid robots • Hands-on experience on FANUC, ABB and Humanoid robots • Create accurate Bill of Materials. • Order equipment and parts from external suppliers. • Work with suppliers regarding new products required on projects • Attend meetings relevant to assigned projects
