Technical lead Projects Technical lead for expansion projects and industrialization of new products. Scope includes technology transfer, FEED and detailed engineering studies, installation commissioning startup and ramp of production, Equipment supplier selection and qualifications, business case development, capex management, Responsible for consulting on production development and sustainable improvement of operating results. Moderating workshops for SPS( Systematic problem solving), RCM( Reliability centered maintenance), 3P( Production, Process, Preparation) CIP ( Continuous improvement project). Participating in the creation of Lean trainings Developing new concepts in the area of Industrial Engineering (IE) and production system including bottleneck analysis and plausibility checks with IE tools. Establish a Continuous Improvement culture that embeds standardization, discipline to process, compliance, and improvement into daily business. Develop and implement strategies and action plans to enhance performance and productivity. Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to execute improvement initiatives. Provide training and coaching of staff to increase understanding and skills in performance and improvement activities.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and make necessary adjustments.Engineering and Commissioning lead for production line with Robotics, industry standard 4.0, automated intelligent vehicles, integration with MES. Technical lead for projects to develop strategy for expansion of existing product capacity utilizing existing site space and study on impact of New Product Introduction to existing lines leading to optimized Product mix concepts. Collaborates with the other departments including technology, new product development, process integration, procurement, logistics in providing the best industrialization solution in terms of cost and service.
