   PTNA (Precision Tubing - North America) Project: Responsible for Global Template implementation in North America (Precision Tubing) locations (Rockledge, Monterrey and Reynosa in 5 plants) for production planning, material master, inventory management, die integration and purchasing areas:Playback sessions with business for template functionality.Functional customizing of new plants & business processes. Global template uses PP-SFC manufacturing process integrated with MES for shop-floor activities. Materials are created as KMATs (configurable), with CW management and 2-level HU (handling units) management for FG products.Functional specifications (FDD), development and testing (e.g. custom billet solution for consignment, metal PO update price program, maquiladora process between US and MX entities, metal balancing programs, RF tcodes, custom forms, interfaces updates).Functional integration with MES (Hydra via asynchronous communication with Biztalk). Local integration of release of purchasing documents and invoices via VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).Master data (PP & MM) training, data gathering, load, mapping rules, load and validation.
