15 years experience in Project Managing/Consulting in B2B project Implementation.Driving key projects for French and international accounts from various business sector (Public sector, Pharmaceutical and health, Industry, Supermarket Distribution, Hotel groups…), delivering successful integrated P2P projects for large enterprises (Takeda, RTE France, Hydro-Québec, French University Hospitals CHU, Louvre Hôtel, The Originals, Casino, UniHA).Having the role to lead projects during all steps: requirements identification, scope definition, specification, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk management and Hypercare, before transferring project to day-to-day support teams. I had the opportunity to manage several projects to deliver software platforms for Electronic Catalogs, several eProcurement solutions (from SAP or other internal solutions). I was also in charge of implementing major e-Invoicing projects: Pilot with CHU in the French governmental Chorus Pro invoice digitalization for the DGFIP and Invoice digitization process for several French hospitals…During these years I have acquired a solid experience/skills that permit me to provide key advices and support client in achieving their identified objectives.
