About Achint Jain
From a Management Trainee in 2015 to the Associate General Manager today, I have had the rare privilege of earning 0-1 and 1-100 experience for an established company like Asian Paints. I am part of the founding team and turnaround team working on the home decor foray of the company - Beautiful Home Stores - fulcrum of decor foray where various decor brands come together to deliver an integrated experience to consumers- I lead a team of over 200 people across multiple functions including sales, brands, space design, product development and IT for this vertical- I manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation via performance marketing, business development, and in-store consumer experience, to the installation process and final project delivery to the customers- Within Beautiful Homes, I especially enjoy spearheading our new initiative - Beautiful Homes Studio - to establish Asian Paints as a luxury brand in the home décor space. My team collaborated to create the experiences in BH Studios in just 120 days, resulting in average sales of 4X of a regular BH Store.My greatest strength is my ability to translate long-term goals into short-term execution and my hunger for achievement.
