As a management trainee at Berger Paints, I work with the retail sales team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for various products and segments. I collaborate with different stakeholders, such as distributors, dealers, and customers, to understand their needs and preferences, and to deliver value-added solutions. I also contribute to the content creation and market research activities of the company, leveraging my skills in digital media, data analysis, and communication. I did my MBA at IBS Hyderabad, where I have learned the fundamentals and best practices of business administration and management, with a focus on marketing. I am interested in exploring the fields of product development and advertising, as I believe they are both challenging and rewarding. I have a previous experience as a marketing manager at Nath Enterprises, where I managed a team of executives and oversaw the planning and implementation of various campaigns and projects. I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my knowledge and skills to the real-world scenarios and to make a positive impact on the organization and the society.
