About Achim Griesel
For more than 15 years I have enjoyed helping community based financial institutions (FIs) acquiring more customers and increasing profitability. Being part of our clients\' success an providing leadership in our organizations is what makes me excited about my job. At times I may be too competitive, but it sure excites me to see our clients win!As a financial services executive, President and a board member of Haberfeld Holdings, I enjoy the time I get to spend on the road in front of our clients. My duties also include managing client services, account management, vendor relations, and overseeing several other areas of our business. Combining the financial analytics, marketing, training and common sense is what we utilize to grow our clients\' customer base and steal market share. Increasing the number of customers - on average we double our clients results - leads to strong core deposit growth, fee revenue and cross sell opportunities for our clients, and with that it increases their profitability.My prior experience includes management information system analysis work at B. Braun, a pharmaceutical company in Melsungen, Germany. I am fluent in English and German.Specialties: Consulting, retail banking, bank customer acquisition, profitability and analytics, problem solving, relationship development and management of client relationships, contract negotiation, fluent in German.
