About Achille Gaubert
I am a student at ESSEC Business School, currently ranked in the top 10% of my class in the Global BBA program. I am seeking a 2025 summer internship in investment banking. Having lived in France and Australia, two countries with radically different cultures, has enabled me to thrive in a multicultural environment and reinforced my desire to pursue an international career. Driven by this desire, I spent an exchange semester in Singapore, an enriching experience where I learned about a new culture and different working methods. As head of the racing department at the GranTurismo Essec association, I have had the opportunity to lead a team of 5 students with the goal of becoming the first student racing team in France. This role constantly challenges me to exceed my limits, allowing me to improve in many areas such as accounting and management, as well as deepening my understanding of a company\'s needs. My journey is also marked by my experience in high-level sports, particularly in karting, with over 5 years of competition across France and Europe, and a title of runner-up in the French KartMag Championship. This period taught me to work and make decisions under pressure, and also to develop a strong sense of determination and commitment. I thrive in demanding and intellectually stimulating environments, and I am eager to continue my learning in such an environment during an internship next summer. GranTurismo Essec is a dynamic student association within ESSEC Business School. Our primary objective is to provide a stimulating environment for car enthusiasts while making this passion accessible to the wider ESSEC community.As Head of the Racing Department, I manage the first student racing team in France, which is taking part in the TTE Endurance Series in a 208 Racing Cup. Together with my teams, I coordinate the search for sponsors, operational management, and organization of the « GT-E Scholarship », which aims to reduce inequalities in motorsport.
