ABOUT ADAM HEADLEY

In life and in business I function with a person first mentality, when it all comes down to it we are all just the collection of our own experiences and should our worlds collide, I hope you return from our interaction better than before it. Without overthinking it, I choose to create ethical and sustainable operation systems for contract and ready-to-label manufacturing that I ensure are executed effectively. Taking into account the timeline and company resources my aim is to find innovative and cost-effective solutions quickly. The best way to overcome the tough obstacles is by working creatively with my partners and collaborating with my connections in global supply chains. With a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from University of California, Davis, focused in Mathematics & Scientific Computation and a demonstrated history of working in the bioinformatics industry, I have professional experience with operational strategies, supply chain, quality assurance & control, and mentoring. What I excel in is networking. Whether it’s with coworkers or colleagues, at work or conferences, connecting with people is fun even during the tough times. I’ve learned the importance of showing up fully and being able to hold space for others. My two favorite personality traits are authenticity and vulnerability.A few of my passions are making music and exploring the outdoors. One of my fondest ways to express myself is through the piano. By practicing meditation and yoga regularly, it helps me maintain a balanced life and enjoy rock climbing in my free time.
