Automated 100% manual intervention and bias in order to select random samples (jewels/bars/coins) for destructive testing & saving INR 2.5 Lakhs by developing it inhouse for Reliance Jewels JDC, Finance & Operations team. Enhanced ERP compliance with amended GSTR rules by automating the classification of IGST B2C Sale invoices exceeding INR 1L in order to facilitate accurate GSTR-I submissions with customised table used by 1400+ users for Reliance Jewels. Enhanced ledger traceability for over 3 million RPOS transactions by modifying the POS payment posting batch job to dynamically capture and embed the GSS A/C no. in the GL entry description field. Improved execution time by ~9.5% by identifying and removing redundant table joins in transaction processing logic without impacting data integrity or reconciliation accuracy. Implemented MVC architecture for developing Hallmarking Voucher report for a particular GT & Hallmarking Vendor Status report, validation updates on different SCM process workflow of screens\'(FG Transferred, Temporary Barcoding, DT Sampling, Physical Qty update etc) for hallmarking & DCA inhouse and external vendors. Streamlined workflows of retail trade agreements’ activation status with efficient bulk actions, status update using CSV import & setting default value in order to enhance data consistency & reducing manual effort. Developed & integrated afterSave logic hook to automatically sync ticket remarks & details with Netmeds OMS via REST API, enabling internal teams to verify CRM data in real time & expedite customer issue resolution. Created Agent availability & Agent performance report using SQL & PHP csv file handling methods in Reports module of SuiteCRM in order to provide real-time data of the agents & their activity helping in better resources’ management and following Master-Slave DB architecture.
