1) Responsible for credit underwriting and sanctioning of the lending portfolio to various industries.(Manufacturers, Service providers and Retail business)2) Formulation & implementation of underwriting strategy and policy (especially in the areas of Corporate/ Business/ Agricultural & MSME lending)3) Provide support to the Zonal Credit Managers & Retail Credit Heads. Supervise the activities of the other credit analysts ensure adequate workloads & support4) Work with Relationship Managers and Credit Policy Officers to assess credit & identify key risks in proposals5) Analysis of portfolio and ensuring Portfolio monitoring, trigger reviews & delinquency control and Analyzing the market trends/practices and benchmarking of policies6) Ratio Analysis, Collateral coverage ratios, Credit Risk, Default Risk and Financial Risk Assessment of Bank Portfolio Products : Cash Credit, Overdraft, Mortgage Loans, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit & Trade Finance7) Manage the renewal process and prepare annual/ semi-annual reviews, including preparation of an in-depth credit analysis of existing borrowers8) Visiting and Interacting with clients to understand their Business Models, Nature of Risks, Need of Finance, Credit worthiness
