As the Safety, Health, and Environmental Program Manager for Ahtna Diversified Holdings (ADH), I provide strategic leadership and oversight for all safety, health, and environmental initiatives across multiple subsidiaries and joint ventures. I collaborate closely with executive leadership, project managers, and field teams to integrate safety objectives into operational planning, fostering a culture of accountability and zero incidents. Additionally, I oversee incident investigations, root cause analyses, and ensure accurate documentation for regulatory reporting and client audits. By monitoring evolving regulations and industry best practices, I update policies and procedures to maintain alignment with stringent client requirements and government guidelines. My leadership has resulted in enhanced compliance performance, reduced risk exposure, and strengthened organizational resilience across all ADH operations.
