During this time I also managed another jr analyst to successfully hit project deadlines while working on a highly ambiguous project involving revamping our advertising models which required hands on support and guidance- Gathering business requirements from directors and team leaders to continue delivering bespoke reports to bi-coastal sales teams resulting in new sales and proactively preventing revenue loss (this has directly contributed to consecutive months surpassed team sales quotas)- Currently managing a team of analysts and engineers to automate SEM market spend and serve customers in need of increased ROI to prevent revenue loss ($600k monthly budget)- Built new pricing models for 3 of the top 10 online legal directories that incorporated existing and newly curated KPIs to dynamically respond to changing market conditions for our entire advertising inventory (over 3 million ad SKUs)- Created Tableau reports that showed the advertisement activity based on new KPIs with the capability to investigate at a company, practice area, or individual market level
