During my time at NBRC, I accomplished the following:*Established data governance committee to provide leadership and staff guidance for best practices in data management and practices.*Established strategic data and operations alignment activities to connect all data sources and provide holistic reporting.*Co-founded the financial alignment committee to fill gaps between accounting and grants management*Improved the calculation of grant match qualification for economic distress at the county and community level.*Established first reporting for $200 million in Federal grants and $600 million in matched funds.*Improved grants management by consolidating, cleaning, and organizing all grant data.*Wrote protocols for APIs to pull the Census data for economic distress analyses.*Created the first GIS data set to map nearly 500 past investments worth over $194 million.*Identified legacy system errors for prospective applications worth over $19 million.*Established legacy data model and archived over seven thousand application records.
