Collect data from customer site/ EPCs/ FSO for projects proposals. • Support generating required project proposal documentation. • Design the systems (hardwares, softwares & licenses) to configure the requirement of process simulation models and associated controllers per requirements of project.• Demonstrate technology offerings as well as project proposal deliverables to customers and third parties for proposal biddings. • Participate in meetings with front sales, solution consultants along with inter-departmental teams to understand the customer requirements. • Prepare cost estimation, techo-commercial proposals, optimization of system sizing and cost, using in-house tools and templates.• Prepare list of deliverables and proposal schedule, prepare table of compliance, deviation lists and assist identifying Risks and Mitigation plan associated with technical solution. • Plan and allocate as well as monitor tasks required for successful on-time delivery of project proposals to team members. • Report progress, status and issues to supervisor on a daily or weekly basis. • Flexible to carry out any activity related to project proposal engineering per instructions from supervisor. • Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with team members. • Train and mentor newer engineers as well as project proposal team members. • Assist front sales team through setting up and conducting demonstration of offering during events and roadshows.• Review and continually improve process and tools through review against objectives and specifications, creating improvement requests and reviewing proposed changes. • Drive improvement of the technical support function from Indusrial Software CoE. • Lead on any organizational initiative/ project in a role as specified by supervisor or management.
