Amicorp Group provides Fund Management, Financial Services, and Directorship and Secretarial Services in 40 countries and is registered on the London Stock Exchange, following IFRS Reporting.I joined the Amicorp Group\'s Finance leadership team, reporting directly to the CFO. I oversee Finance & Accounting for seven countries, including Management and Statutory Books, Regulatory and Government Reporting, Cash Management, Budgeting and Forecasting, Statutory Audits, Global Fixed Asset Register, GST Payment, CPF Payment, Payroll Processing, and IFRS Financial Statements.LEADERSHIP, COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING:• Serve in various leadership roles director, trustee, manager, partner for Internal and client entity• Provide operational and commercial leadership for offices.• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Consolidated management book and Statutory accounts• Ensure statutory and legal compliance and reconcile management to statutory accounts.• Manage the audit process and liaise with external auditors.• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash forecast• Regulatory filings, and government reportingFINANCIAL CONTROL/COST CONTROL:• Review operational and financial controls across finance activities• Contribute to financial strategy and decision-making, clients\' profitability, financial exposure• Control cash payments, employee expenses, and use of co credit cards.• Ensure full control company bank accounts, manage cash according to group policy.OFFICE PRODUCTIVITY, WORKING CAPITAL, INVOICING:• Help local management achieve financial targets and KPIs• Monitor staff productivity, ensuring accurate time recording• Ensure completeness invoicing and timely billing of WIP, minimizing revenue loss• Control and timely payment of government fees• Ensure timely invoicing and cash collection from clients, minimizing accounts receivable• Monitor working capital closely, highlight and explain variances promptly
