ABOUT ANNA-CLARA BLIXT MODIN

Anna-Clara Blixt Modin is a serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in media, technology and talent industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Science from Stockholm University and the University of Vienna and has a diverse background as a speaker, singer, TV host and Casting Professional. Anna-Clara is the founder and co-owner of StagePool – The Home of Talent – Northern Europe’s leading casting and talent network. Established in Sweden, Germany, Austria and Norway, StagePool connects actors, performers and creatives with real opportunities and supports careers across the entertainment industry.Earlier in her career she founded Ubetoo, one of the first digital streaming platforms enabling musicians to monetize online distribution — a company that was later acquired by Universal Music.Her latest venture is Znaphire, a company focused on helping digital and SaaS companies recruit and build scalable, high-performing sales organizations. Znaphire combines AI-driven tools with relationship-driven sales, helping companies move from digital leads to real customer relationships and significantly higher conversion. Through her companies, Anna-Clara has also led more than 500 successful recruitments of sales professionals, Team Leaders and Key Account Managers, building high-performing sales teams across multiple markets.In addition, she is the station voice for Mix Megapol, Sweden’s largest radio station with over 2 million weekly listeners. Anna-Clara is also a sought-after speaker and trainer, helping companies and organizations develop stronger presentation techniques, rhetoric and sales strategies. She speaks fluent German and has received several awards, including Narrenpriset – Agent of the Year from the Swedish Event Academy and the award for Sweden’s Most Exciting Entrepreneurs from Företagarna.
