I work closely with colleagues to provide insights so they and our partners and customers can make quick, actionable decisions. While the primary and secondary research I cover encompasses a wide range of topics, I often focus on customer satisfaction, customer experience (CX), product development / enhancement, and IT jobs / workforce needs.
