About Alyssa Czarina Agnir

I am a creative who uses high attention to detail to improve the daily lives of people in the smallest ways. My academic background in Information Technology, User Experience Design, and Business Management has provided me the tools to adapt to ongoing change and improve processes.I have grown through many positions at Nike starting with my full time position at Nike Well Collective - Virginia Beach. Providing consumer service at the forefront, I was able to transfer to Nike Factory Store - Norfolk as their Consumer Experience Specialist. While providing a high level of service and supporting the consumer journey, I moved my specialty to Visual Merchandising where I created visual stories for Nike’s consumer base. Along with creating visuals that bring Nike\'s mission to life, I engaged our team to drive connectivity and engagement with our community. In my temporary assignment as a people manager with a specialty in Team & Culture, I was able to increase team engagement and store motrale utilizing bonding events and introducing traditions. I truly believe you can always work hard while having fun everyday. After a recent transition to the Operational Excellence team, I am currently supporting and strengthening the backbone and heartbeat of the store by circulating product in our doors to the doors of athletes* around the world.
