ABOUT ANDREW CAFFREY
I am an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Unit of the U.S. Attorney\'s Office for the District of Massachusetts. Before joining the USAO in Boston, I had been part of the USAO in New Jersey for six years.Before starting my government service, I was in private practice for ten years. I also taught a course at Harvard Law School during the January term from 2013 to 2018. I began my legal career with clerkships for Judge Jon O. Newman on the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Robert E. Keeton at the U.S. District Court in Boston.
