As a Counter–Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS) Program Manager, I lead the planning, execution, and sustainment of advanced C-UAS capabilities to protect critical assets, personnel, and mission-essential operations- Oversee full program lifecycles—from requirements development and system integration to test, deployment, training, and long-term support—ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with operational needs- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, government stakeholders, operational units, and industry partners to evaluate emerging threats, guide technology maturation, and ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and spectrum-use policies- Coordinate fielding activities, conduct risk assessments, manage vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement across hardware, software, sensor fusion, electronic warfare, and command-and-control components- Develop a system agnostic training curriculum to encompass various methodologies that will be flexible with the dynamic environment of C-UAS.
