I am a Microbiology B.S. student at NC State University with a passion for lifelong learning and building meaningful connections—values that continue to fuel my pursuit of a career in medicine. My experiences working with the public in restaurant settings, both as a server and a manager, have strengthened my ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people, adapt in fast-paced environments, and lead with empathy. To deepen my commitment to medicine, I have shadowed physicians and explored different facets of patient care, which has only reinforced my excitement about the medical field and its impact.
