Providing technical support for Hexagon’s industrial software used in piping isometric generation (Alias and Isogen). Working closely with global clients and internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex software issues within asset lifecycle and engineering workflows.Key responsibilities: • Deliver technical support for Alias software, helping users resolve issues related to piping isometric generation. • Assist clients in configuring software solutions to meet project-specific requirements.• Collaborate with development teams to report, track, and resolve bugs via Azure DevOps.• Write and maintain scripts (XML, SQL, VBScript) to support data extraction and integration from client databases.• Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal teams and end-users.• Provide training and knowledge-sharing support to clients and colleagues as needed.• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
