This work involves supporting the FRA Railroad Crossing Elimination (RCE) and Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI) grant recipients in the pre-obligation and post-obligation grant process! I co-manage 10+ Midwest Region grantees for 30+ RCE/CRISI projects, regularly meeting with FRA program managers, environmental protection specialists, engineers, local government officials, and more to support this work!
