Assisted Medical Group COO, Chief Clinical Officer, and market leadership team in developing strategies for successful operations and market growth. This included executive sponsor for the implementation of multiple new practice location to serve the Richmond market- Routinely collaborates with division Medical Directors as a dyad relationship to resolve operational issues and aligns with 4 regional hospital presidents and Chief Operating Officers to integrate service line needs of employed physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians.
