Having over seven years of experience in the digital media industry where I worked in a fast-paced start-up environment, I\'ve grown into leadership roles wearing many hats - from submission management where I built workflows and spoke with potential partners, to people manager where I recruited and trained, coached and delivered, to project manager, working with internal and external stakeholders. No matter the hat, I always aim to foster environments that are empathetic, collaborative, transparent, and solution-oriented. I have a strong background in managing global remote-first teams, developing complex workflows, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality and timely results. I am a firm believer in data-driven decision-making, and my innate curiosity, coupled with good judgment, allows me to identify and resolve issues while keeping the organization\'s top priorities in mind. I am not afraid to get creative to solve what can seem like impossible challenges. As a project manager on the digital tech team at Trusted Media Brands, I partnered with stakeholders to strategically plan and effectively implement digital projects that impact multiple departments across the organization.Before my role as Project Manager, I recruited and coached a 25+ global research team that monitored and sourced the internet for Viral Videos that met the creative needs of internal and external clients. Throughout my experience so far, my greatest joy has been the relationships that have been fostered, and the large goals we\'ve accomplished as a team. I\'ve had the privilege to coach and develop new managers and work with people across multiple time zones and cultures.
