I am having more than 16+ years of IT experience in web application development using in Java, Spring, JSF, Struts, AJAX, GWT, JQuery. Recently completed PMP certification. My experience is combined with deep understanding of tools like PL/SQL data migration scripts, ANT and Maven Build Tool, OKTA/PING for single sign-on concepts, Design Patterns and UML tools like and Rational Rose. My key responsibility as Senior Manager includes conceptualizing project execution plans, gathering requirement and preparing functional requirement and system requirement specifications. Sound knowledge on Agile Development Methodology and have led several Agile iteration of project.I have gained experience in business analysis, systems and enterprise architecture, technical design and implementation for semiconductor industry. On education front, I have completed B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Visveswaraiah Technological University in 2004. I am skilled in carrying out advance planning for resources, manpower deployment and rendering technical support; ensuring execution of projects within time, quality, cost & budgetary parameters. Extensive experience in executing full life-cycle development projects; ramped up projects within time, budget & quality parameters, as per project management & best practice guidelines. I mentor and guide Junior Resource/developer to motivate them and help them perform better.
