With a master\'s degree in Biomedicine from the Technical University of Munich, I am a cell therapy expert with a passion for advancing innovative therapies for cancer patients. I have a strong background in protein isolation and purification, MS and LC-MS analysis, and molecular biology techniques, which I applied in my master thesis project at the Biomedical Center of LMU.Currently, I work as a Clinical Project Assistant at T-knife Therapeutics, where I assist in the planning, initiation, execution, and closure of over 20 clinical trial sites in the EU and the UK, focusing on oncology cell therapy. I ensure trial sites compliance with regulatory requirements, country-specific guidelines, and GCP standards throughout the trial lifecycle, contributing to the development and review of study protocols, ICFs, and other essential trial documents. I also manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Additionally, I develop metrics and KPIs to assess CRO performance, conduct periodic reviews and evaluations, and drive continuous improvement.
