Project - NER Expansion Limited (400kv D/C Quad line Alipurduar to barnagar) Contractor - KEC International -Reviewing and approving contractor submittals, including civil method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material approvals-Conducting regular site inspections for activities such as excavation, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, de-shuttering, and backfilling for tower foundations-Monitoring on-site and laboratory testing including slump test, concrete cube testing, soil compaction, and silt content to ensure compliance with IS codes-Verifying the use of approved materials with valid test certificates and third-party lab results-Raising and managing non-conformances (NCRs), ensuring proper corrective and preventive measures were implemented-Maintaining all quality documentation including pour cards, cube test records, inspection reports, and geo-tagged photographs-Coordinating closely with the contractor’s site team, third-party labs, and client project management for joint inspections and quality reviews-Supporting pre-erection verification of tower stubs and foundation readiness-Ensuring proper curing, compaction, and finishing to achieve long-term structural performance.
