Currently chair of a CEPT PT1 correspondence group on 6GHz sharing and at a national level, contributing policy development for RLAN and IMT shared use in the upper 6 GHz. This involves technical analysis, measurements, stakeholder engagement, and research, integrating non-technical factors like securing investment incentives, consumer benefits and driving innovation for comprehensive UK positions.At present, UK representative in CEPT PTB and WP4a for several WRC-27 agenda items. Have been a UK delegate, actively engaged in satellite preparatory groups for WRC-23 (ITU WP4A AI 1.15, 1.16, 1.17, CPG PTB), shaping national positions on Agenda Items by collaborating with stakeholders. Supported A-ESIM to terrestrial fixed links sharing study and M-ESIM separation distance analysis. Expected to be following and engaging in WRC-27 agenda items on satellite issues of UK interest. Played a key role in policy development for \'Enabling mmWave spectrum for new users\' consultation, conducting technical analysis, including competition assessment and mobile network capacity modeling. Additionally, lead Fixed links resilience measurements against 5G NR interference and performed detailed technical analysis on mobile network capacity, spectrum requirements, and coexistence with incumbents.Contributed to methodology an implementation peer review of various technical studies, including spectrum requirement modeling for mobile data demand, ESN coordination with MoD systems, mmWave coexistence studies and channel availability. Developing best practice peer review model for engineering team. Served as the spectrum group representative for technology profession and participated as a panelist in recruiting Spectrum Engineering team members across various levels up to senior associate roles.
