Work in partnership with internal clients to develop and execute communications to inspire and engage employees, manage change and drive operational effectiveness. RESPONSIBILITIES • Serve as communications consultant to areas across the organization to understand business needs, goals and challenges. • Develop multichannel communication plans to build awareness of critical institutional initiatives. • Manage suite of internal communication channels, including intranet news site, email newsletters and employee app spotlight. • Oversee planning and execution of large group meetings for managers and all employees. • Respond to internal crises with clearly written and timely communications. • Develop wide range of communications, including talking points, emails, voicemails, presentations and printed collateral to serve the needs of multiple audiences (manager-to-employee, peer-to-peer, etc.).
