My role involves supporting Windows servers, managing virtual machines using vSphere and vCenter, handling incidents, and collaborating with teams to ensure system stability and availability.Alongside my infrastructure experience, I hold a graduation background in AI & Data Science, which has given me a strong foundation in data handling, analytical thinking, and modern computing concepts. This combination allows me to approach infrastructure challenges with a structured, problem-solving mindset and an interest in automation and cloud technologies.I am actively upskilling in VMware architecture, AWS cloud fundamentals, and hybrid infrastructure, with a clear goal of progressing to L3 roles and growing into cloud and virtualization-focused positions.
