I am an advisor and investor with 30 years of healthcare and technology experience. After founding and scaling Cumberland through a successful private equity transaction and its acquisition by Tegria, I now focus on selective advisory work, business development, investing, and venture building.I currently serve as an advisor to Tegria, supporting business development and working with a small number of its largest and most complex clients. In parallel, I am an advisor with Nutrād and the Managing Partner of MTABNA Ventures, a privately held investment and venture-building firm focused on technology-driven businesses and disciplined execution.I am no longer seeking full-time operating roles. I work best alongside founders and leadership teams at moments when experience, judgment, and timing materially shape outcomes.
