About Abrahan Serna
All my professional experience is in High Pressure Die Casting. I have worked with Structural Dies, Powertrain Dies (3 & 4 Cylinders) & Giga Dies for Structural on Machines from 2,700 up to 6,200 Tonnage; with clients such as FORD, AUDI, GM & TESLA.I have always been part of the Tool Shop department (Mexico & USA), holding the position of Tooling Engineer, being in charge of up to 6 maintenance stations at the same time; without neglecting & always keeping in mind my other responsibilities such as: Die development & improvement. Die failures and solutions from root causes - applied as lessons learned. Die Analysis and modifications to increase its useful life and reduce costs and downtime of DCMI firmly believe that the success of a work department depends highly on the teamwork and commitment of each of its members. In addition to continuous training, testing of new technologies, testing of new work techniques and search for the necessary resources to be successful.Completely willing to learn new things and, perform & apply my knowledge in other positions
