ABOUT ABRAHAM SILVA
With over six years of experience as a pathologist and a senior scientist, I am passionate about applying innovative and cutting-edge technologies and methods to improve the diagnosis, biomarker discovery, and treatment of diseases. I hold a master\'s degree in molecular pathology from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and I have developed expertise in molecular and digital pathology, molecular biology, and bioinformatic methods.Currently, I lead the outsourcing of pathology services and conduct research on molecular and digital pathology at Roche, a global leader in healthcare and diagnostics. I have contributed to multiple projects and publications on topics such as genomic and precision medicine, anatomic pathology, and pathology education. I am also a professor of pathology at Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, where I share my knowledge and experience with the next generation of pathologists. My mission is to advance the field of pathology and impact the lives of patients and communities through science and education.
